Optional Guest: Participants may invite one guest to join for lunch for €54 (includes all taxes). Guests arrive at approximately 12:30–12:45 pm.
From Market to Table
→ Begin the experience at the atelier, where you meet the chef and shape the day's menu together.
→ Then stroll through the Saint-Michel neighborhood to the lively Marché des Capucins for a guided visit, selecting fresh, seasonal ingredients along the way.
→ Back at the atelier, cook together with the chef before sitting down to enjoy a seasonal multi-course lunch, paired with local wines.
