Optional Guest: Participants may invite one guest to join for lunch for €50 (includes all taxes). Guests arrive at approximately 12:30–12:45 pm.

Begin the experience at the atelier, where you meet the chef and shape the day’s menu together.
Then stroll through the Saint-Michel neighborhood to the lively Marché des Capucins for a guided visit, selecting fresh, seasonal ingredients along the way.
Back at the atelier, cook together with the chef before sitting down to enjoy a seasonal multi-course lunch, paired with local wines.

Discover the iconic Canelé in this hands-on pastry class devoted to Bordeaux’s signature specialty. Learn to achieve its signature texture: a deeply caramelized, crisp exterior and a soft, custardy interior.
While the Canelés bake, we turn to another regional specialty: the Gâteau Basque. Each participant prepares and decorates their own, with a choice of pastry cream or jam.
The class concludes with a tasting of both pastries and a beverage. You may enjoy your Gâteau Basque at the atelier or take it home.
