The Canelé: Bake Bordeaux’s Iconic Pastry
Step into the world of French baking with this 2-hour class dedicated to Bordeaux’s iconic canelé.
As the canelés bake to perfection, the chef will introduce you to another classic treat—the delicate Madeleine.
We’ll conclude by tasting both pastries together, paired with a complimentary glass of local wine or a regionally inspired cocktail.

In this hands-on class, you’ll master the art of pan-searing duck breast and sample home-cured duck prosciutto along with a classic duck parmentier prepared by the chef.

In this hands-on class, we explore the versatile pâte à choux, a unique dough used for making puff pastries. You will learn to prepare both savory and sweet varieties.
In Bordeaux, this dough is famously utilized to create a local specialty, the Dune Blanche. Includes a tasting & beverage plus a take-away box.
